Purpose of this page
This page lists the categories of service providers and subprocessors that may process personal data for Rava Reviews. It is intended to help merchants assess the vendors involved in review collection, email delivery, media storage, analytics, support, AI features, and Shopify platform operations.
Provider categories can change as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page where required by law or contract.

How subprocessors are managed
Rava Reviews evaluates subprocessors for security, confidentiality, reliability, and privacy commitments before production use.
Subprocessors process data only for the services they provide to Rava Reviews and are bound by contractual obligations that protect personal data.
If a subprocessor changes materially, this page will be updated and affected merchants will receive notice where required by contract or law.
Merchant objections
A merchant may object to a new subprocessor by contacting admin@ravanix.app with the shop domain, the subprocessor at issue, and the specific privacy or security concern.
If the concern cannot be resolved, the merchant may need to disable the affected feature, export its data, or uninstall Rava Reviews before the subprocessor begins processing merchant-controlled personal data.
